By accessing or using the Perqly mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.
Perqly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the mobile application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Perqly application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Perqly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Perqly application ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perqly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the application shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is less.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Perqly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:
